Anvi is a wild baby monkey that was abandoned by her family because she couldn’t keep up with them after she was injured. Her rescuers contacted Joelle who runs an animal sanctuary, somehow Anvi had been electrocuted and was in really bad shape. Luckily she had been brought to the right place where she would get the help she needed to recover.
It wasn’t easy for Anvi, she was without her family and was feeling very scared, then she met Billo the cat. She walked into the place where Anvi was recovering and the two of them began snuggling immediately. Joelle believed that this could only be a good thing and would stop Anvi feeling so stressed about the fact she had lost her family. The pair were inseparable and Anvi would follow Billo around, groom her and the two would play together, just the sort of thing a young monkey needs to make her feel safe and part of a family. Cats can be so compassionate towards other creatures when the need arises, Billo really helped Anvi get through a very difficult and stressful time before she would be set free to live once again in the wild
