Starving Dog Found Nearly Dead On Sidewalk Gets Some Love, And It’s Hard To Believe It’s The Same Dog
Pit bull dog “Spirit Golden Heart” was found entirely alive by members of the Los Angeles police animal rescue group known as Ghetto Rescue FFoundation (GRFF), who immediately recognized her as a life-saving candidate. alone on the street
On its website, the group Ghetto Rescue stated:
She was on the verge of passing away because she had enormous fleas devouring her and larvae in her wounds.
Although the rescuers believed she wouldn’t live, they nonetheless rushed her right away to a veterinary facility to start the healing process. There, they discovered that she had polyarthritis, a fever, swollen joints, and barely weighed 46 pounds.
Spirit Golden Heart was given to the dog because she has a “heart of gold” on her fur and a powerful resolve to survive.
Since we were aware of her strength, we gave her the name Spirit Golden Heart (can you see the golden heart on her body?).
“Her red blood cell count is substantially higher and her protein level has stabilized after getting enormous volumes of IV fluids, blood transfusions, multiple medical visits, and many days in the hospital.”
The puppy is being fostered by a woman who describes her as a “chubby, chubby little dog.”
